ROCAN has advised German industrial group thyssenkrupp and Norwegian shipping group Wilhelmsen on antitrust aspects of the bundling of their 3D printing capacities in the joint venture “Pelagus 3D” and has coordinated merger control filings worldwide. Pelagus 3D is to become a one-stop partner for digital manufacturing in the maritime and offshore industry.
