Blue Cap AG, a Munich-based investment company, has signed an agreement to acquire 100% of the shares in Janoschka AG and, indirectly, its subsidiaries, as part of the ongoing renewal of its portfolio.

Janoschka is a globally active specialist for integrated prepress solutions for the packaging industry. Headquartered in Kippenheim, the company employs around 1,500 people and operates production sites in 12 countries across Europe, Asia, and North America.
