Mercer is acquiring Profil M, a leadership assessment and development consultancy operating in Germany and internationally with around 120 employees. With this acquisition, Mercer completes its service offering in these areas. Once the transaction is closed, Profil M will operate under the name Mercer Profil M.

The transaction was led for Profil M by Vesthaus. ROCAN advised on merger control.
